About each ingredient

Vitamin C

200 mg per capsule · 250% NRV

Vitamin C is one of the most well-known nutrients in everyday nutrition. As an ingredient, it is naturally present in citrus fruits, rosehips and many berries. In Sanalis Essentials, it is included as L-ascorbic acid.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Magnesium & Zinc

Magnesium 150 mg (40% NRV) · Zinc 10 mg (100% NRV)

Magnesium is a familiar mineral found in nuts, seeds and dark leafy greens. Zinc occurs naturally in pumpkin seeds, legumes and wholegrains. Both are standard components of a balanced diet.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamins D3 & B12

D3: 15 µg (300% NRV) · B12: 100 µg (4000% NRV)

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is traditionally associated with sunlight exposure and is also found in oily fish and eggs. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is a familiar B-vitamin present in meat, fish and dairy foods.

Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
