We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Payment is made on receipt - no card details or upfront payment are ever required online.
How delivery works
Once your order is confirmed by phone, we prepare and dispatch your parcel within 1-2 working days. You will receive your order via standard UK postal or courier service.
When your delivery arrives, you pay the driver directly - by cash or bank card. There is no need to provide any payment details in advance.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with redelivery or collection options.

Payment options on delivery
Cash
Pay the exact amount in cash to the courier when your order arrives. No change issues - we recommend having the right amount ready if possible.
Card on delivery
Pay by Visa or Mastercard using the courier's portable card reader. A standard contactless or chip-and-pin transaction.
We do not accept online payment and we will never ask for your card details over the phone or by email.
