These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your purchase of Sanalis Essentials from KARAKOSMAS IOANNIS ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Odos Panepistimiou 34, 106 79 Athens, Greece.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that violates applicable UK or international law, or that is fraudulent or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its server.

2. Ordering and sale conditions

To place an order, you submit your name and telephone number via the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when our team member confirms your order by telephone and you verbally accept. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price displayed at the time of your confirmed order is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Payment is made exclusively on delivery - by cash or bank card (Visa or Mastercard) to the courier. We do not collect card details online or by phone. No upfront payment is required at any stage.

4. Disclaimer regarding Sanalis Essentials

Sanalis Essentials is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Any statements about nutrients refer to authorised claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and are attributed to the specific named nutrients, not to the product as a whole. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch free of charge. After delivery, you have 14 calendar days to return an unopened pack in accordance with our Return Policy and Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights). Opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos and design - is the property of KARAKOSMAS IOANNIS or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our product, except in cases of negligence, fraud or death/personal injury caused by our fault.
